After a year of breathless anticipation "Avengers Endgame" has finally hit theaters and it's everything.We had hoped for and more however at over three hours there's no denying the movie gets a little convoluted.In this post we're going to
take 10 minutes to explain what happened in Endgame.If you want to revisit the movie but don't have three hours to spare the theater.You've come to the right place if you haven't seen Endgame yet though there are major spoilers ahead so get out now because here we go the Hail Mary the movie picks up just a few days after the events of Avengers 3 despite the heroic efforts the Avengers failed to prevent.

Thanos from using the Infinity Gauntlet to snap away half of all of life in the universe that led to the demise of a whole bunch of Avengers.Before he turned to dust Nick Fury paged the Marvel Cinematic Universe as new hero Captain Marvel we learned in the mid credit scene of her solo film.That Captain Marvel found the remaining
heroes just when things were looking hopeless.When endgame opens we're with Tony Stark who's drifting in the benatar with nebula.After the unsuccessful stand against Thanos they've been there for 22 days and are about to run out of air.Even Tony's big brain can't figure a way to avoid the inevitable.This time he's preparing to drift off when a really bright light finds them.And guys it's not Tinkerbell it's Captain Marvel.She flies the broken ship back to earth rescuing and emaciated but still alive.Tony and his blue companion and Avengers headquarters it's clear.The rest of the
remaining team is still licking their wounds from the failure but there is a glimmer of hope nebula knows with Thanos plan to retire after he carried out his grand plan.
The Avengers travel there to find a broken Thanos and casualwear for some reason he's still sporting the Infinity Gauntlet but the stones that power it are nowhere to be found why because he destroyed it.
The Avengers are incredulous their whole plan depended on getting those stones.Thor uses Stormbreaker to separate.Thanos from his head but it's too little too late.It looks like everyone who's gone is going to stay that way the idea we catch up with the Avengers again five years.Later Steve Rogers is running a support group to help people move on from the vanishing and Natasha's become the administrator of the Avengers one person who hasn't been around for a while is ant-man himself Scott Lang Scott happened to enter the quantum realm just seconds before the decimation with hope Van Dyne and her parents dusted there was no way to pull him out.
It was assumed that he was one of the vanished then a rat the true hero of the movie walks over just the right button.In his quantum realm equipped van and boom Scott Lang emerges and realizes something had gone terribly wrong in his absence.After uniting with his daughter Scott goes to Avengers HQ to tell cap and Natasha about an idea it's been five years since he's left earth but for him it's felt like five hours could the time discrepancy mean that the team could use.The quantum realm to time travel and set things right they go to visit the man who's most likely to figure it out Tony Stark in the past five years though.Tony's life has changed instead of saving the world as Iron Man he's busy being a father to his young daughter Morgan Scott cap and Natasha.
Explain that epiphany but Tony wants nothing to do with it so the group goes to see Bruce Banner who's also changed.Bruce figured out how to merge his intellect with the Brawn of his alter ego.The Hulk now his professor Hulk he can smash and
do science time-travel is beyond his expertise but he agrees to give it a shot meanwhile.Tony can't let the time-travel idiot go.He quickly figures the whole thing out.He considers backing off he doesn't want to lose the life he's found with his daughter and pepper.But pepper encourages him and he arrives at the Avengers compound in the nick of time.Hulk wasn't exactly making it work the gathering soon. Tony's got the tech figured out and they set out to recruit the remaining Avengers.Hulk and rocket racoon go to pick up Thor in new Asgard but when they find him he's not exactly looking like himself in his depression.Thor's lost himself in beer and video games and he still can't hear the name Thanos without getting upset.Thor is reluctant but they convince him to help
meanwhile.Natasha goes to pick up Clinton part after losing his whole family in the decimation Clinton has
gone from the family-friendly.Hawkeye to the r-rated Ronan and there's not a bad guy.He hasn't hacked and slash since still Clinton etosha our besties and a few bodies doesn't change that as far as.she's concerned with everyone bored the next step is to figure out how to execute their plan the plan the team is going to use time travel to retrieve the.

happened.The first time around so they execute their piece of the time heist with that knowledge in mind Tony and
Scott give past.Tony a mild cardiac episode to get the space stone everything goes according to plan until
future Tony gets clobbered by an angry past Hulk well.He ends up getting the stones and uses it to escape custody at first camp has an easier time. He retrieves the mine stone and Loki's scepter by tricking Jasper Sit well into believing he's a Hydra agent of course nothing's.That easy right cap stopped by his younger self and the men have a rip-roaring brawl even though they're only really fighting themselves.Future cap wins by telling himself a tantalizing secret.Bucky's alive meanwhile Hulk is looking for Dr. strange but he's years too early.The ancient one is the time stones current guardian and she doesn't want to give it up.After a lot of discussion Hulk asks the ancient one why strange gave talents to stone well that changes her perspective and soon the time stone is in the Hulk's possession.Thor and rocket had the Asgard to retrieve the ether aka the reality stone from an ether infected Jane Foster.The plan is for future Thor to distract what is sure to be a very confused Jane while Rocket
uses a device to extract the stone from her.

they have a heart-to-heart conversation.While Thor does absolutely nothing to help rocket get the stone Frigga sets
him straight and renews his sense of purpose back on earth.Cap and Tony head further back in time to try again for
the soul stone.They go to a shield base in New Jersey in 1970.Their cap gets to gaze longingly at his lost love Peggy
Carter and Tony resolve some of his daddy issues through a conversation with
his father best of all they get the stone.The remaining Avengers make the biggest trips Natasha and Clint go for
the sole stone on the planet.Vermeer and Rhodey and nebula had two more Rag for the Power Stone on mole drag nebula and
Rhodey easily knock out a singing and dancing.Peter quill then nebula uses her metal arm to free the stone from its
barrier and the two head back home.Before nebula can push the button for the return trip though somehow.Her wires
get crossed with those of her.Natasha and Clinton love each other so that's good of course but that also
means that one of them has to end their life for the other one to get the stone.They debate the issue they fight but ultimately Natasha emerges victorious.If you consider jumping off a cliff of victory the moment of truth.The original Avengers mourn the loss still Natasha would have wanted them to finish their plan.Tony builds a new Infinity Gauntlet,so the gang has their very own sparkly stone encrusted glove.But who should wield it Thor volunteers but given his recent track record the others don't have much faith in him.
So Hulk steps up since his transformation into the professor.He has the best bet of surviving the super-powered stones he slips on the glove and despite a whole lot of screaming.He manages to execute the snap for a few seconds everything is peaceful and it looks like the plan was a success but soon the gang have bigger fish to fry.The battle after discovering the Avengers plan the evil 2014 Nebula poses as her future self and infiltrates Avengers HQ she opens a time portal for Thanos when he arrives.He demolishes the compound Clint is left holding the Infinity Gauntlet while Rocket Hulk and Rhodey are trapped in the flooding basement ant-man saves them.While Clint plays keep-away with Thanos goons.
